Privacy notice

A minimum-data approach begins before the engagement.

This notice explains what AZ Automation collects through this website, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Effective date: August 5, 2026

Information this website collects

When you request a Digital Transformation Readiness Report, AZ Automation collects your first name, work email, company, optional role, 20 scorecard answers, calculated scores, report-delivery consent, optional follow-up consent, consent version, delivery status, and submission time. Standard hosting and security logs may also record technical information such as request time, browser or device details, and network information needed to operate and protect the site.

The scorecard does not ask for customer records, payment-card data, health information, government identifiers, passwords, production credentials, or confidential employer information. Please do not submit that information through this website.

Purpose of use

Information is used to calculate, prepare, and email the PDF report you request; prevent duplicate or abusive submissions; maintain a consent and delivery record; operate and protect the website; and improve the diagnostic using aggregated observations. Tyler receives a lead notification only when you select the separate, optional follow-up box. If you select it, your information may also be used to discuss your results and relevant AZ Automation services. Personal information is not sold.

Production data for an engagement

Production business records are outside the website inquiry process. They should be accepted only after scope, contractual terms, approved transfer method, access controls, retention, deletion, and incident contacts are documented.

Service providers

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and the scorecard submission record, and Resend to deliver the requested email and PDF attachment. Google Calendar is used when you independently choose to book a fit call. These providers process information on AZ Automation's behalf according to their services and terms. No advertising pixel or third-party analytics service is enabled as of the effective date above.

Retention and deletion

Unengaged scorecard and inquiry records are reviewed quarterly and scheduled for deletion no later than 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for legal, security, consent, suppression, dispute, or accounting purposes. Active customer records follow the applicable agreement and business-record requirements.

Security

AZ Automation uses access controls, limited data collection, service-provider safeguards, and operational procedures intended to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Production business data is accepted only through a separately approved method after scope, access, retention, and security responsibilities are documented.

Choices and contact

Follow-up permission is optional and is not required to receive a requested scorecard report. A visitor can withdraw that permission or ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with an inquiry by emailing tyler@azautomation.net. You may also call (480) 543-8001. Identity and authority may need to be verified before a request is completed. AZ Automation is based in Mesa, Arizona.

Changes
